Annie 2026

It's the return of our Familee series. A full length production open to the community and parents of our child actors! We’re looking for both experienced and eager or simply willing performers, ages 8 to 98!

Those seeking a role or a featured part are asked to send in a video audition and potentially attend a callback.

This is a true community theatre production. A time to come together and create something we can all be proud of. A time to get to know one another while working collaboratively. Where experienced actors can come along side new ones and curate a life long love for theatre.

Wednesday's January 28 - June 17, 2026. 5:00 - 8:00 PM

1 Saturday a month (2/7, 3/7, 4/11, 5/2, 6/13) Mid morning/Early afternoon

Video Audition due: Wednesday, January 7, 2026 with $50 Audition Fee (Child actors only)

In-Person Callbacks (Invite Only): Wednesday, January 14, 2026

Cast List: Wednesday, January 21, 2026

First Rehearsal: Wednesday, January 28, 2026

Tech rehearsal and performance week will be June 15th - 20th, 2026 at the Box in Downtown Riverside. Tech week is mandatory, although the cast may be split up and you may not be called every day.

Our initial auditions will be video auditions. The audition video and $50 audition fee (child actors only) are due by Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Your audition video should be 1 minute or less and can be any song from Annie. In-person callbacks (invite only) will take place Wednesday, January 14, 2026.

Ways to Participate:

Child Actor Only - No Parent - 1 Audition Video

Child actors (ages 8 and up) will have a tuition fee of $400. $50 paid at the time of audition (non-refundable). $300 paid at the first rehearsal and an additional $50 costume fee, due the following month. We can split tuition into a payment plan of 2 payments. *If your actor is not cast, the fee will be refunded.

Child Actor & Parent Actor - 2 Audition Videos

Child Actors (ages 8 and up) will have a tuition fee of $400. $50 paid at the time of audition (non-refundable, if cast in the production). $300 paid at the first rehearsal and an additional $50 costume fee, due the following month. We can split tuition into a payment plan of 2 payments. *If your actor is not cast, the fee will be refunded.

All Adult actors (parents included) will not pay tuition but will be asked to pay a costuming fee of $65. Adult parent actors who would like to be considered for a feature role will send in a 1 minute video with a song from Annie.

Child Actor & Parent Participant - 1 Audition Video

Child Actors (ages 8 and up) will have a tuition fee of $400. $50 paid at the time of audition (non-refundable). $300 paid at the first rehearsal and an additional $50 costume fee, due the following month. We can split tuition into a payment plan of 2 payments. *If your actor is not cast, the fee will be refunded.

All Adult actors (parents included) will not pay tuition but will be asked to pay a costuming fee of $65. This choice will not include an audition video, if your child is cast, you will be cast.

College Actor - 1 Audition Video

College actors will have no fees, but will be required to volunteer for set, props, or costumes.

Submitting 1 audition video, 1 minute in length with a song from Annie.

Adult Actor (No child) - 1 Audition Video

All Adult actors will not pay tuition but will be asked to pay a costuming fee of $65. This choice will include an audition video, and you may be asked to callbacks.
